Can I continue to exercise during the juice cleanse?Updated 16 days ago

The short answer is no.

A little exercise is always good for the body, of course. But you should definitely not overexert yourself during the juice cleanse. The body needs all the calories it can get just to function. If you add exercise to the mix, which burns even more calories, your body will draw energy from your muscles first! This means you actually run the risk of losing muscle mass. 

To get more in tune with your body, we recommend going for a walk or doing some light yoga. This also benefits your mental well-being and helps you find your inner balance.
