Are there any scientific studies on the effectiveness of micronutrients?Updated 20 days ago

Many of the micronutrients contained have been scientifically well researched and have effects confirmed by the EFSA (European Food Safety Authority), e.g. for the immune system¹ , energy² . These are legally enshrined in the EU Health Claims Regulation (EC) No. 1924/2006. Knowledge - that works!


¹ Vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin B₆, vitamin B₁₂, folic acid, iron and zinc contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system.


² Vitamin B₂, vitamin B₆, vitamin B₁₂, niacin, pantothenic acid, folic acid, vitamin C, iron and magnesium contribute to normal energy metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
