Many of the micronutrients contained have been scientifically well researched and have effects confirmed by the EFSA (European Food Safety Authority), e.g. for the immune system¹ , energy² . These are legally enshrined in the EU Health Claims Regulation (EC) No. 1924/2006. Knowledge - that works!
